Spike Valance Cthulhu Mythos - Ammutseba, the Devourer of Stars (Great Old One)
Ammutseba is a gigantic, ravenous dark alien, once was worshiped by lost Pre-Egyptian civilizations. Daugher of the God Isfet (probably an Egyptian title for Azathoth or another entity - Ammutseba she rests beneath the underground of Central Africa, in the almost buried ruins of an ancient city, served and revered by transmogrified albino African servants.
Ammutseba is one of the few female Great Old One and one of the best ones. She appears in Ann K. Schwader's "Lost Stars" (2003).

She is still beautiful to me! Being the direct daughter of Azathoth, she must be much more powerful than Cthulhu or Shub-Niggurath!
