Kai'xqoiloth is a humanoid abomination created by Nyarlathotep for his service to the Crawling Chaos. In short: An Old One that was once Human. He travels between dimensions collecting and enslaving mortals for his own desires.
His primary target is females, as he breaks their mind with his powerful presence as they become 'indoctrinated' into his 'collection' of loyal slaves. His reason for doing so is that his secondary motivation is to spread his seed, which humans are perfect livestock for. Once enslaved, your will melts away as your entire purpose of existence is too serve him in any way possible, with males its to gather more subjects for indoctrination, with females... his depravity is only rivaled by Y'golonac.
